Join the Elements Granny Square-Along!
Coming this September 27th
Get ready to make your go to accessories this fall, with the Elements Granny Square Collection! This crochet-along (CAL) is all about creating a set of accessories that coordinate beautifully and are perfect for gifting—or treating yourself.
The collection includes four patterns: a bandana, beanie, gloves and cowl. Each piece uses the same yarn and tools, making it easy to mix and match or complete the full set. The gloves pattern is actually a re-work of one of my older but very popular designs and has now been improved to include multiple sizes.

Materials You’ll Need
All pieces in the collection use the same materials, making it easy to mix and match:
-
Yarn: Each project combines a variegated yarn, Stylecraft Batik Elements Swirl DK, with a solid neutral yarn, Stylecraft Bellissima DK or King Cole Cherished DK. This combination creates beautiful colour contrasts and makes the patterns really pop. You can use your favourite shades, or stick to the colours suggested in the patterns.
Yarn Quantities: All 4 patterns can be made with just one ball of the Elements yarn (variegated) and 2-3 balls of the main colour.
-
Hook & Tools: The projects use multiple hook sizes depending on the piece: 4.5 mm, 4 mm, 3.5 mm, and 3 mm. You’ll also need a yarn needle and scissors.
-
Tips: These patterns are perfect for stash-busting, so if you don’t want to purchase new yarn, feel free to use any leftover yarns you already have. The combination of variegated and neutral yarns works beautifully with a wide range of colours
