Lullaby Live! New live crochet hang out sessions...

Hello friends.  It has been a long time since I have posted here, I have been very busy working on other things.  One of them being setting up a new live crochet hang out.  This will be hosted over at Twitch.tv.  For those of you that have not heard of Twitch, it is a popular service used to both stream and watch live video broadcasts.  Initially it focused on video gaming, but now has a broad range of creators streaming anything from cooking, to music and of course arts and crafts.

In the UK we have what is known as a Knit "n" Natter at our local library, which I used to attend every week.  It is simply a local get together where we knit, crochet or sew together.  With lots of chatting and usually tea and biscuits.  During the last year I have been unable to attend due to obvious reasons and have found the Makers & Crafting section of Twitch to be a great alternative to this.

If you would like to come and hang out with me live, I will be streaming crochet, 3 days a week.  I am currently working on some scrap blankets, one of which will be featured in a giveaway (you will need to watch the stream to find out more).  Each session will include lots of crochet and lots of chatting.  You can come along with your current project and crochet along with me, or just bring a cup of tea and some gossip.

Twitch is free to use and you don't even need to create an account to watch.  If you would like to take part in the "chat" however, you will need to create an account to do this, but it's free and very simple to do.

Schedual

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11am BST (GMT+1)

Streams usually last 2-3 hours

You can find my channel here...  Lullaby Melodia  Hit the follow button to be notified when I go live.  The schedual tab on my page will also give you stream times in your local time.  So bring your crochet, bring a tea or coffee, bring your favourite cake and lets have a knit "n" natter...

I will be back soon with more videos and updated patterns as well as some new ones.  Take care everyone...
