Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable: All custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and production begins, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted. Please ensure all details and specifications are correct before finalizing your order.

• Quality Assurance: We strive for excellence in every custom-made item. If you receive an item that is defective or not made to the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
